My last full week in Food Service Systems Management is complete. It is hard to believe that I have already spent 10 weeks here at UK Dining and Aramark.

All is quiet on the Western front....

It is a ghost town here on campus, but we are staying busy at UK Dining! The plans for fall semester are well under way, and we have a pretty solid game plan for what is yet to come.

We are changing pace at UK Dining this week. As restaurant managers deep clean facilities that will be closed over the summer and begin to gear up for summer camps, we have called our quest for calculating nutrition information to a halt. 

This week passed by in a flash! A few interesting things happened. First, I finally had the opportunity to meet people who work for Aramark and with UK Dining. Not to mention, I had the chance to see a lot of friendly faces during our on campus meetings later in the week!!

Last week was dead week on UK's campus. The end of the spring semester brings with it the end of our student outreach programs and events. With only a couple of events left before finals week, we began preparing for the next big phase with UK Dining.
